  • "Fatoora" refers to Fatoora Company, its platform, and related services.
  • "User" refers to any individual or organization that accesses or uses our platform.
  • "Services" refers to all electronic invoicing features, integrations, and tools provided by Fatoora.
  • "ZATCA" refers to the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority of Saudi Arabia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using Fatoora's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized parties.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
  • Be responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Use of Services

You agree to use Fatoora's services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Use the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal invoicing activities.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
  • Transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through our platform.

5. ZATCA Compliance

Fatoora provides tools to help you comply with ZATCA's electronic invoicing requirements. However, you remain solely responsible for ensuring your invoices meet all applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Fatoora does not provide legal or tax advice.

6. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are specified in your service agreement or on the pricing page. Fatoora reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology on the Fatoora platform are the exclusive property of Fatoora or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our platform without prior written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fatoora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your subscription plan. Fatoora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms immediately and without notice.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
